From the lead glass entry door you will find beautiful hardwood floors thru foyer, formal dining and through the Great Room. Office or formal living to the left. Great room is spacious with wood burning fireplace. Updated kitchen with granite counters, newer stainless appliances including range with convection oven and 3 door refrigerator. Lots of pull out drawers for pots and pans and pull outs in the pantry for easy storage. Laundry and ½ bath off breakfast area. Bay window overlooks pool and park like backyard. Master suite is downstairs and has cathedral ceiling and French doors that exit to patio and pool. Master bath has 2 sinks , separate area for large tiled shower and nice walk-in closet. Two large bedrooms upstairs. Each has walk-in closets and extra storage off the dormers. Hall bath has double sinks and jetted tub! Entertaining expanded with Florida Room off the Great Room. Tiled floor and separate heat and air. Large in ground pool has been screened so maintenance is minimal. Roomy fenced backyard for children. Two new HVAC. Lots of concrete poured for parking. Front Door Ring Doorbell. Outdoor Security Cameras (Driveway, Front Yard, Back Yard, Pool). All security cameras are clearly visible & are in public spaces outside of the vacation home to ensure the health, safety, and security of the property & guests. Summary: Great place for a family to spend a quiet getaway. Clean, lots of room, well stocked. Screened pool is great with the Florida bugs. Great house in a safe neighborhood. Plenty of on-site parking. Owner communication was excellent throughout.

Summary: This was a very clean and homey property. Very nicely furnished and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool immensely. The proximity to multiple beaches and activities was great. Would recommend to all.

Summary: My husband and I with our four children stayed here. We were very comfortable. Inside is nicely updated and clean. Of course we loved the backyard and pool. Plenty of seating to hang out. House had anything we could need. For parents of young children they are pretty equipped in baby proof stuff. Had kid utensils too. If anyone has a mobility issue the master bathroom can accommodate you. I love the shower in there! For us the house was a great location. We went to other cities and it's not far from Pensacola beach. It's a nice quiet neighborhood. People waved at us as they walked by. A toilet broke during our stay, Chris got a plumber in right away and replaced it. He bought our family pizza for the inconvenience which was very nice and delicious! I'd definitely recommend this home for your stay!

Summary: I rented this home on a last minute decision to vacation in Florida. My daughters been asking to go there so I gave in. The house was so beautiful and clean. It had towels, dishes and soaps so you didn’t have to pack excessively, which also made it super nice. The pool was the real selling point for me when booking due to covid and hurricane season we wanted to be sure we had some swimming option no matter what for the kids. The location was super great. The neighborhood is very quiet and just outside of town enough that it was still convenient to get to town, but not have all the city traffic. Chris was terrific about communicating with me. We kept in touch as the booking got closer and when my flight was moved up we were even able to get in early, after the cleaning was finished, so we didn’t have to wait around longer. We will definitely be coming back here if we come to Pensacola or near by in the future!
